Olympia Theatre – Interior Photography
Lighting and Composition
The photography assignment focused on two newly designed bars at Dublin’s historic Olympia Theatre, created by Divine Design. The project involved capturing the interior architecture, decorative lighting and bespoke design features while preserving the distinctive atmosphere of the venue.
Technical Approach to Interior Photography
Interior photography presents the challenge of balancing bright light sources with darker areas while maintaining natural colours and a sense of depth. Through considered exposure, precise composition and careful control of perspective, the photographs capture the character of the interiors while presenting the design details clearly and accurately.
